We guarantee that one of our engineers can be with you within 4 hours and if we can’t fix it, we won’t charge you!

We use web-based GPS tracking of our field engineers, enabling account managers to keep clients informed of expected arrival times, and engineer reports.

Our engineers all use strict quality control procedures throughout any repairs. This includes virus detection and removal, and functionality testing.

Our maintenance plans are carefully planned and co-ordinated and executed to give security and peace of mind.

We provide an equipment inventory of all maintained hardware and focus meetings to discuss current and future requirements.
